
NATIONAL BRAIN TUMOR AWARENESS MONTH 2025
In honor of National Brain Tumor Awareness Month, the Registry would like to inform you of several events, research opportunities, and resources for the brain tumor community.

April 30 2025, 12-1 PM EDT
We kicked off Brain Tumor Awareness Month a day early with a webinar on new treatments for patients with IDH-mutant gliomas.
The LGG Registry is conducting a survey to assess knowledge and use of a new class of LGG treatment called IDH inhibitors. This survey is intended to be answered by individuals with LGG and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Responses will remain strictly confidential.
On May 4-6, 2025, participants at Head to the Hill visit Capitol Hill to share their own experiences living with a brain tumor diagnosis and advocate for the federal government to invest in brain tumor research.

On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, the Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance, Inc. (“CTBTA”) will host the eleventh annual Path of Hope 5K walk/run, at Bushnell Park, Hartford, CT from 8am – 12pm.
